Im not quite 16 yet, im not super fat i am thick. I play basketball and have big muscle-build although i do have a lot of fat around me, mainly arms, and legs, i have cankles. and i wish to drop 20 kg (43 lbs) im 5.6 ft. and about 90kgs. Please dont tell me to not do this, if i wanted to here that i would ask my parents.

you can surely lose your 43 pounds fast by doing the regular exercise twice in a day and you should have to not to take the heavy food time to time.
i suggest you do the atkins diet because you can eat all day. and because you dont want to exercise, with atkins youll just lose weight without doing anything.
We can gain weight at first by not eating as much as we should.Keep in mind not fueling your body correctly with fruits/veg and protein will make you struggle in school because your brain isn't getting what it needs.Protein is important for this!!
Yes on what you are eating will help you loose weight, anything you cut out with alot of fat, sugar or calories does help.For example I did a small cut from my favorite mocha place and changd from whole milk to non fat, then no whip on any of my mochas and no fast food, I lost over 10 pounds in a month.Now cutting out all of those everyday, I have lost alot more in a month.:)
Try adding protein in your meals like eggs for breakfast, you can put veggies in the egg and wrap it in a whole wheat tortilla, yogurt with granola is a great snack, oatmeal with fresh fruit.For dinner tuna, chicken is good.Fiber will help you move the fat out of your system, but not only from veggies, you need like granola, cheerios, oatmeal, fiber cereals I can put those in a ziploc bag and put in my backpack to snack on during the day as I walk to and from classes.

75kg is definitely not too big for a tall girl, except if by tall you mean 5' 7-8.
They say you should exercise an hour 3-5 times a week, but that is quite unreasonable on a busy schedule…
You should be eating about 1200 calories/day if you want to lose weight because your body would burn about 2000 naturally, so you would have a deficit of about 800 calories which would burn off of fat. However, if you find this too hard, as I do, 1500 calories is also good. If you do that with even a little bit of exercise like 15 minutes, you would lose about 1lb a week…
But definitely relies on how tall you are. For example, I'm 5'11, have tiny boobs and am not well proportioned, and weigh less than you.. therefore I have to lose weight as I have big thighs and hips, but small shoulders and boobs… but if you look curvy and not chubby at all, then you shouldn't really have to lose much weight.
