Tom Asked: Why are some people naturally bigger built than others?

I've always been big built. I have well developed Biceps, Triceps and huge shoulders. I've started working out and noticed my muscles are building faster than a lot of my friends. Even before i started working out most of my muscles were still as big as some of my friends who have worked out for years. I know that some people are naturally bigger built but is there a scientific explanation for this? Maybe higher testosterone levels?

Delta FX25 Asked: Im looking for a new fitness workout, am I overdoing it?

The last couple of weeks ive started to change my diet, and exercise to lose weight and build muscle. Everyday so far a have gone either a 2 or 3.5 mile walk or run. Aswell as this i have been getting more sleep for the extra energy. Generally i have felt better physically, and emotionally. However i am worried im over doing it. As well as this just before bed I do about 15 curls per arm with 6kg dongles.
As well as dramatically transforming my diet i am also intending to do roughly do the same amount of exercise everyday.
im cutting out pretty much all soft drinks, crisps, sweets, white bread etc.
Could you please advise me on a more professional workout and comments on my diet.
And also not to sound like an ungrateful **** but please do not answer if you know nothing or of your a beginner yourself thank you.

Start slow and gradually build up. Start with a mile, then the next day, add a half a mile, so on and so forth. At first it may not seem like much, but the baby steps really add up.

CHECK OUT: howgainmuscle.org Hey guys, in this video I show you how to blast thru your bicep workout with a exercise called "buddy curls" You can do your entire bicep workout in about 10 minutes and it will be one of your best workouts you've ever done! How to do Buddy Curls: Step 1 – Grab a partner that can curl about the same weight as you. Step 2 – Pick a barbell weight that you can complete about 10 reps. Step 3 – Do as many reps as you can and hand it off to your buddy. Keep repeating until one of you gives up. Normally, you should do at least about 6 sets. Make sure that you never put the barbell down until you are done with the workout. never touches the ground until you're done. This is a great way to get a killer bicep workout in in just 2-3 minutes. You'll be getting in more work than most guys do in half an hour of biceps training if you're doing buddy curls. And if you want more exercises for building muscle while staying lean and ripped, check out this free video I just posted: howgainmuscle.org It shows you more examples of Afterburn exercises like this — and shows you how you can use the Afterburn Effect to get a ripped body and six pack abs with minimal gym time.
Bob Asked: bodybuilding gains, and body building advice?

hello i am 18 and have been bodybuilding for just under 2 months (kinda new) at a local gym i signed up for and started at 59.9 kg (not very much fat at all) and am around 6ft tall. after just under 2 months im at about 67.5 kg. is this good? i dont take any muscle enhancers except one protein shake a week or so as its too expensive for me. i have been strength training and lift my maximum weight for each excercise for 8-10 repetitions over 3 sets or sometimes 4 though rarely. Im only new to this and was wondering if there are any professionals who think this gain is exceptional (i havn't really gained any fat at all) and can help me achieve my goal of 85 kg and shredded. I'm very dedicated to this sport and hope someone can help me please improve my results if possible or technique

Imitatio Dei Answered:
Honestly, the answer to your question is far too broad to type up in a single response on here. I have been weight lifting for since high school (I'm 24 currently) and still have much to learn.

"I'm very dedicated to this sport…" Lol, after two months of lifting I would be highly skeptical of this statement, as you really have no idea what all being dedicated to bodybuilding entails. It isn't a simple couple hours here and there in the gym. It isn't one protein shake a week. Bodybuilding is a lifestyle, something you fully dedicate yourself to. It takes much time, energy, will power, motivation, and dedication. It is not for the weak.

That being said, there are countless websites dedicated to the sport… bodybuilding.com is one of my favorites. A ton of information. My suggestion would be to go educate yourself on techniques and bodybuilding as a whole. Good luck.

Answers:

ny Answered:
Workout routines are what exercises, how many sets, how many reps
etc. that you do for each muscle.
Remember these things when making up your routine:
1) Work chest, triceps and shoulders on the same day, and biceps and
back on the same day so that it's ok if the secondary muscles get
worked that day, because your doing them anyway.
2) Separate those muscles that work a secondary muscle so that they
are far enough apart not to overtrain you. For example, do Chest
Monday, triceps on Wednesdays, and shoulders Friday, and biceps
Monday with chest, and back Wednesday or Friday.
Here are a few sample split routines and workout programs.

Monday – Chest/Back
Tuesday – off
Wednesday – Legs
Thursday – off
Friday – Shoulders/Arms
Saturday – off
Sunday – off

Sample Weightlifting Workout Routines

This is hard. There are so many exercises for each muscle, and so
many ways to split them up and make a routine out of them. So instead
of listing 10,000 workout routines, I'll just list what I think are
the most effective muscle building exercises for each muscle and
later
on you can decide which to use in your own workout routines.

Chest
Flat Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Flat Bench Dumbell Flyes
Incline Dumbell Flyes
