hi there! i just started exercising after a VERY long time of being sedentary. i gained 50 pounds over about 4 years time, very gradual. anywho, i started exercising again and i am already noticing a difference. however, i have noticed my lymph nodes hurt, like a stinging pain, since i started exercising again. i have read that that happens because your lymph nodes get backed up from not being worked (like your circulatory system). also, i have heard (from my friend who is a massage therapist) that if you are sedentary, toxins can build up in your unused muscles, and they will release when you use those muscles, and can make you feel a little tired and sick for awhile.

what are some ways i can help the pain in my lymph nodes (with natural things…i dont want any drugs etc) and some ways to help rid of toxins?

i was thinking to make sure to drink lots of water, and take hot epsom salt baths. what else should i do?
